Food is delicious! Unfortunately customer service is a hit or miss depending on who you get but about 70% of the time customer service is poor an they treat you like you are bothering them. Food makes up for it though. So just go in block out the attitudes and know you will.not be disappointed with the flavors
Omg so worth the $14 got the grilled shrimp with yellow rice and black beans added the green garlic sauce. Wish I took a pic before we tore it up amazing!!!!!!! 20 stars of we could
Typical casual Dominican eatery. Food, portion sizes and prices are good. Large variety of food is already made plus additional dishes that can be made to-order. For food made to-order, I would recommend calling in your order at least 30 minutes before going to pick it up since they are usually busy and it takes quite some time. I did not have an issue with it, but last time I was there, various orders were mixed up so I suggest checking your packed food before you leave. As with any Dominican place, some dishes are too salty for my liking (carne guisada). The grillecd chicken is usually good but the last time I ordered it was also too salty. Their Dominican cake, on the other hand, is amazing! (and that is coming from someone who is veeeery particular about their Dominican cake. For me, it is tied for best Dominican cake with a NYC bakery). So much so that I am considering them for my wedding cake in the future. Overall would recommend.

The food is so good. But they lack customer service and speed. Even if ordering over the phone, you're stuck inside for 10 mins trying to pick up. I recommend cash when going here as well.
